When you connect with us via the Sonder app or over the phone, you can be sure you're getting immediate human human help, not robots. These humans help make the world a better place.
When you first reach out to us you'll connect with our 24/7 support centre, who use their experience to quickly assess your situation. Sometimes you might need some advice. Sometimes you might just need someone to talk to. But if your situation is a little more complicated or serious, you'll need someone to come and assist you in person. Our aim is to get you the help you need within 20 minutes; here are some of the people you might meet.
