Which Sonder features can I use in Australia and New Zealand?
If you are a Sonder member that is currently in Australia or New Zealand, you can access the following services and features:
- Multilingual support from qualified humans, 24/7.
- Chat privately with the team via message.
- Speak to the team over the phone or via live chat.
- Use "Track My Journey" so that the team can check you reach your destination safely.
- Use "Check on Me" when you're meeting someone new and want Sonder to know where you'll be. We will get in touch at your specified time to check in.
- Get connected to local support. Where possible, our team will get you the help you need nearby and in your own language.
- Whenever necessary and in available areas, we can send a member of the team to assist you in-person. Their job is to provide you whatever support you need, and will be by your side until you feel confident.
Which Sonder features can I use if I am outside of Australia or New Zealand?
If you are using Sonder outside of Australia and New Zealand, you can access the following services and features:

- Chat privately with the team via message.
- Speak to the team over the phone or via live chat.
- (If you are able to use Google Services*) Use "Track My Journey" so that the team can check you reach your destination safely.
- Use "Check on Me" when you're meeting someone new and want Sonder to know where you'll be. We will get in touch at your specified time to check in.
- Get connected to local support. Where possible, our team will get you the help you need nearby and in your own language.
*Location sharing functionality is limited in China due to restrictions on Google products.
